How to open a radio interference detection log

Today I run the commad Start RTWP Test (STR LRTWPRTTST) in a enodeb, and I got a file: xxxxxxxx.gz, which tool do I have to use to open this file??
The command description just say how to find the file and upload the file, but there isn't any information about the open procedure.

Yes, but when I try to open the system request to select the file type, and there isnt any option for this RTWP file, the file is the one that is obtained with the command> STR LRTWPRTTST |Start RTWP Test
