I'm facing a problem with the command ADD UNRNC there is a parameter RNCPROTCLVER wich may take values R6,R7, R9, ...
How could I find wich Protocol version to put for the Neighboring RNC?

What is the default value due to the library you are using ?
You may as well make sure through the RNC Eng in RNC section per telephone

I do not have any contact with RNC guys, R6 is the default value.

What may be the impacts if it's wrong?

Should be R7, because my RNC(RAN17) config R7 for NRNC
