PS Connectivity not restored in 2G and 3G for Huawei?

Dear Experts
We are facing a serious problem about PS connectivity in HUAWEI network.

We have noticed that when we go through with PS connection(EX. H+, 3G, E) from any coverage area to No Coverage area and again come to Coverage area then we have seen that PS connection not restored. After Restart the UE/mobile Set , then PS connection found.

Summary of DT:

•16:19: Log starts at 3G Mode with PS connection from NodeB DHK
•17:00: Switched to 2G and PS session active
•17:08: No Service
•17:09: 2G network found, but Packet session not active
•17:15: Again NO Service
•17:34: Again 2G network found, but packet session not active
•17:56: 3G network selected but PS session not activated.
•17:15: Log closed.


What might be the problem. NEED YOUR URGENT HELP !!!!

It look no paging reach to mobile, did you check BSS paging coordination is active? and from test layer3 message what is the error message.
