Low LTE Upload Throughput while High LTE Download Throughtput

Now I faced problem Low LTE Upload Throughput (around 11-13 mbps)while High LTE Download Throughtput (70-80 mbps)
I need to know any factor to check this issue . please help to share knowledge sir.
