First of all YOU MUST DISABLE your Antivirus software or otherwise, installation would fail, if you are feeling paranoid, then go and create a virtual machine or something else.
1. Install Microsoft AcessDatabase redistributable https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/download/confirmation.aspx?id=13255
2. Installl ATOLL 3.3 build 7383

3. Copy .DLL file on your ATOLL installation folder

***NOTE: Up until this step ATOLL should be ready to use, however, certain functions and modules of the program will be disable (like the ACP for automatic cell planing or the advance geographic plugin GIS) if you want the best experience and the full version of the software, continue to step 4.
4. Copy files in ***** folder to your atoll installation directory

5. Open Atoll and go to Help> About this program, compare what you see with the attached image file and notice that some modules are missing, close ATOLL, restart your computer and open ATOLL again, go to Help> About this program and verify that all the modules are now activated.
