LOG File samples missing either in actix or in tems discovery.

Dear TEMS Experts,

Please help me to resolve TEMS data collection or Data processing problem(As I failed to find where is the problem).

We collect DT log by TEMS 15.3.6 (Cr*** dongle but no copy paste of lic). while going to plot rx lev/rq qual in actix or discovery. No sample found for ms1 in actix but found in discovery (here missing the samples of rx qual of ms2).

PLEASE HELP US TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM. DO WE USE ANOTHER VERSION OF TEMS FOR DATA COLLECTION? OR REPLACE THE POST PROCESSING TOOLS?:@:@
