Dear Experts,
We are in Big Problem with our Drive Test & Post Processing tools proper work.
Using TEMS 15.3.6 ***** version with Hardware dongle (No Copy Paste of lic. files) like Original.
1) Whenever we perform DT with 2/3 MS's- There happen some unexpected issues while going to plot the rx level or rx qual or throughput in actix for reporting. MS3 shows no rx level / Rx Qual / throughput samples in actix BUT when we export the same log as mapinfo tab by TEMS, it shows the samples in mapinfo.
2) The same thing happen with pctel ibflex scanner data collected by TEMS.
3) RX level of MS1 (idle) shows in Actix but no data of rx qual (MS2 dedicated mode) in actix. Then turn on TEMS discovery found the plot samples of rx qual of MS2 but now no plot / 1 or 2 samples of rx level of MS1 (which was ok with actix).
PLEASE HELP US TO GET RELIEF FROM THIS PAINFUL SITUATION. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT REPORT TO HUAWEI. :@:@
