Hi,
in our network some sites are out of service (sctp link fault) for a while.and then they started to work again.After 2 two days we noticed that 3G CS&PS attempts are decreased (same time with the reset of sites).After this situation 2G data and CS traffic increased unfortunately.we and transmision team searched but we couldnt find anything.did you see this problem in your network.can you advise anything.thanks for help.
