Hello friends,
I cannot find any solution to make automatic neighbor planning in Atoll for INTER-FREQUENCY LTE.
In the project I have created 2 carriers (1800 & 800), but when I run the automatic neighbor planning it makes planning between the same carriers (1800-1800, 800-800).
Do yo have any idea?
