Different between PDSCH MCS0 and PDSCH MCS1

I need to know the defferent between PDSCH MCS0 (Modulation coding Scheme index for down-link Transport block0) and PDSCH MCS1 (Modulation coding Scheme index for down-link Transport block1) Please, any one knows please explain to me!
