Dear experts
Any one knows if there is any operator has applied the MIMO & DC-HSDPA together in 3G network? and what is the UE that can support both technologies together specially in 3G!
Thanks

only Huawei mimo prime deployed on our 3G network
Hello!
Real MIMO in 3 G is dead: problem with legacy terminals.
So, 3G MIMO slowly faded out of powerpoints and roadmaps of most vendors.
While refarming 2.1 GHz for LTE, it becomes attractive: we already have two TX for LTE.
Some tricks like TX diversity can be used, but this is not real MIMO.
On the other hand: as most of packet traffic is moving to LTE and HSPA decline,
who cares: if users want good packet data, they should go to LTE.
With load on HSPA declining, yesterdays capacity is enough.

hi All,
I had detail discussion with E// solution experts and unfortunately, Ue Vendors didn't opt this. 1 carrier up to 42Mbps was possible, hardly any Ue support this.

Imran
