i want to share with you all the result got after enable CE Overbooking ==>The KPI such as call drop,SHO, RRC SSR almost no negative influence.==>The failure caused by UL CE congestion solved.==>The reserved CE by NODEB is near 50% of RNC admission CE, basedon the new admission principle, more user could access the network.==>CE usage ratio improve a lot.thanks

1-enable the CE Overbooking License.2-set the below parameter at NodeB LevelSET NODEBALGPARA: CERSVFOR2MSUSER=4 (4 is recommended value)3-set the below parametre at RNC LevelSET UCORRMPARA: PerfEnhanceSwitch=PERFENH_CELL_HSUPA_CAP_CHANGE_OPT_SWITCH-1;

Need NodeB License to activate CE Overbook Feature

yes firstly need to activate the license at NodeB level
