Setup FTP server for drive test and data test

Hi dear experts,
need to know if there are providers for FTP servers in which i can download and upload files for Mobile testing. The data rates i need are DL FE and UL can be 50 Mbps.
If somebody nows about this please provide a name of a enterprise, if not you can also talk about how to set up a ftp server in a computer and the connection and bla bla bla,.. by the way im not interested in that since i have to contract big data links from isps...

Dear,

even if you find a ftp provider enterprise will have two problems:

1- Data rate will not be sure (because someone else may be using in the same time with you)
2- No one will warranty you that the server will not be down due to maintenance when you need it.

So the best sure solution is to build you own ftp server (if you are testing for business purpose). as this server will be personal you will need to have only 150 Mbps DL/ 50Mbps UL bandwidth.
