CQI Measuremnts

Do you have any experience about cases of HSDPA Data Log-files that doesn't contains CQI measurments
as shown below in Actix HSPA Radio charts window:

I checked log at different DT analysis tool and didn't find CQI also

Please check the UE, I think the UE is not able to decode CQI values.
