Dear Experts,
I'm having an issue during 3G drivetest(TEMS 15) between 2 carriers. When I'm being served by 1 carrier, I'm not able to see most of the neighboring carriers even though it is defined on the neighbor list as INTER_FREQ. Is this normal behavior? Or there is an issue with parameter?
Also I find it very hard to handover on INTER_FREQ compared to an INTRA_FREQ. Is there any parameter to check and adjust?
