hsdpa prediction in atoll

i tried so many combinations. i could not get the prediction result of hsdpa analysis in map. in events it's showing start ans end.
where i m missing i could not find it. Any help friends

Check that the table Transmitters field Transmitter Equipment = Node B,
table Cells, Field HSPA Support <> None, Avaible HSDPA Power 40..41 dBm, Numver of HS-SCCH Channels <>0, Min Number HS-PDSCH <>0 (1 default) Max number =16, HS Sheduler Algorithm <> None, Number of HSDPA users <>0
Table Site Field Equipment = default Equipment
