TCH Drop improvement in NSN

There lot many ways for controlling the drop.as first attempt just try with timer T200.

T200 timers are T200S and T200F. These timers affect CSSR mainly. DCR should barely be noticed.

If you want a lucky quick shot, try changing traffic assignment (changing traffic from TCH to BCCH or the other way around). Nevertheless, you should investigate what are the real causes of these drops firstly,

Hi, easiest way to change RLT (nonAmr and AMR). Check neighbors. Also you can modify HOC and POC parameters
