Question: If we have initiated call in RNC-A, Ue reached to RNC-B and best serving cell is in Drifting RNC. Where this drop will peg?


1) RNC-A (MO:Iur_Link)
OR
2) RNC-B (MO:Utrancell)

Please answer it.

Qestion#02: if we have activated Iurobservability, then where this drop will peg and will it impact overall NW drop count.

Question#03 : what is the recommended formula of drop call rate if we have activated Iurobservability.

Hi,

Q1: RNC- A ( Iur ) even if Ue is in soft HO over Iur
Q2: Yes, Drop will be counted in both cells if Ue is in SHO as drop will be pegged in both SRNC and DRNC
Q3: Normal DCR formula need to be used no changes in formula will be done

I didn't get yet the official feedback from E// local support, however they mentioned it will impact existing drop rate formula.

I will update here with the concept.
