RAB_ACT_FAIL_CS_VOICE_IU increased after re-homing NSN

Hello guys,
I have a question for those who works with NSN. Recently we re-homing a part of wbts to another RNC and the call drop increased with 50% and there are IU-interface failure an both RNC new and old.

Any idea?

- Check Travlocexperity timer.
- Do you have features like IFHO over Iur or ISHO over Iur? This will improve the performance.
- At last you may want to trial inter RNC call re-establishment.

Sorry but I don't know what is Travlocexperity timer and where is set..can you be more explicit?
I will check the IFHO over IUR.
