is there any counters represent user Quality perspective because after enabling the CS RL Re establishment I recieve complains about bad quality and silent call without drop..

Plz specify it is which technology and which vendor ?

For Huawei you have counters specifying the success rate if I am not wrong.
For silent call you also have counters but you need to open a switch in order to activate them and gather PCHR to analyze them.
Also you can view them from M2000/U2000.

Hi,
to understand the impact of RRC Reestablishment you can calculate two kind of retainability KPIs:
1) user perceived voice call drop rate: 100 * voiceDrops / voiceReleases
2) user perceived mute phase rate: 100 * successfulCsReestablishments / voiceReleases
I can only talk about Nokia and they provide counters for RRC reestablishment attempts and successful RRC reestablishments.
