Hi everyone,
can you tell me how import a dwg file in atoll (i.e. as raster/vectorial)?
I need to convert with a tool like globalmapper? There is a guide?

OK, THX... but my problem is how convert a DWG file into one of this friendly formats...
can you tell me how can I do that? (How to - Guide - SW - suggestions)

Honestly, I can't tell you for sure, never done that.
You can post/send me a small DWG you need import in Atoll, and I'll figure out the way to do it.

The design has no projection .
You must geo referencing it.


You can read it with Global Mapper and export it as Tab or mid.

I checked it, it is possible to convert it to atoll known format via global mapper. first you need to open it with global mapper and input proper datum and zone for your file. it will geo reference your file. then you can export it in any atoll known format.

ps:
if you want to use 3D ".dwg" file, first you need to make elevation grid from 3D vector data.
it is under analysis menu
