Number of subscriber limitaion in 3G Huawei RAN14

I have a network Huawei RAN14 with 80 NodeB/ 250Cell having only 12000 Subscriber, can you please mentioned the limitation parameters of subscriber number please!!!!

Do you want to know how much customers can be accommodated in a nodeb. If you want to know type DSP LICENSE in MML and see the results.In realtime if you want to see how many users in each cell type DSP CELLCHK OR RUN CHANNEL ELEMENT in Realtime performance management
