Actix ver 5.5 not support Tems Invest .log

For those who using actix 5.1 want to update actix 5.5:
In release note June 2015:
TEMS Investigation .log files are no longer supported
So, when u try to load TI .log files, there'll be a notification that: unable to load files: unspecified failure
