I have a questions about RSI ( Root sequence Index ).



If two adjacent cell have different PCI and Same RSI ,

RSI collision have an important value to rise VoLTE Drop rate or KPI?

I think PCI is more likely to affect your voice quality than the RSI. RSI is used for setting up the call, of course if you have RSI collision and the coverage is poor then there is a chance that you wont be able to setup the call.

The impact depends on the distance and the overlapping coverage of the cells with conflict...
