Hi dears,

i am investigating low HSDPA throughput in one RNC in our network.some friends told me to check transmisson bottleneck .could you clarify what does it means and the counters that that i should check for transmission

i don't know huawei but u can check the configured IP BW and reserved IP CAC

In huawei check counter IUB.Flowctrl.DL.DRopNum.LgcPort1
