Hello, I hope I can find some help on this matter.
I have a cell with two UMTS sectors and I have added a second UMTS carrier on one sector in order to solve congestion problems. The cell is up and running as shown by DSP UCELL. I have also configured the LAISAI table on the MSC for this new cell.
With a TEMS, I force it to camp on the new UMTS cell and try to make a call. I see the UL message "RRC CONNECTION REQUEST(ul-ccch)" but there is nothing in DL.
I locked all other cells on this nodeB and left only the new cell running in order to thake Iub traces, there are no messages on Iub interface for this cell.
