Huawei E3276S-861 and NOTE 4 SM910G Issue

Kindly Help me on below mentioned Topics and tell me the Differnce

1) I want to Drive on Cat 6 but i not know which handset is compatiable for that.
2) I have Suggested some one that SM910G comes with Tems Licence not Tems Pocket and can connect with 16.3.3. So it is True that SM910G normal Handset connect with Tems or needs any type of Pocket or Licence.
3)Huawei E3276S-861 compatiable with TDD 2600MHZ? so Data card also required any type of Tems Licence

1. I think Note 4 SM-N910G will do
2. You need an ODM Licenses installed on your Note 4
3. Huawei E3276 need HiSilicon License, have the followings series:
HUAWEI E3276s-152: 4G LTE FDD 800/2600MHz
HUAWEI E3276s-150 and E3276s-151: 4G LTE FDD (800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz)
HUAWEI E3276S-861: Band 38/39/40 (1900/2300/2600MHz) Band 7 (2600MHz)
HUAWEI E3276S-210: B3 (1800MHz), B7 (2600MHz), B20 (800MHz), B38 (TDD 2600MHz)
HUAWEI E3276s-601: Band 3/7/40 (FDD 1800/2600MHz & TDD 2300MHz)
