measuring mechanical tilt

hi,

I have an " Rotary Angle Meter" : TAJIMA Model :SLT-100 and i am trying to use this tool for measuring the mechanical tilt.
anyone can help me to deal with that.

Oh, very simple
First, put the Tajma along with the anttena
Then, turn the red button to get the droplet in ballance ( in the right middle of the pipe )
See the number which is showed by the red pointer
Look the body of Tajima tool, you will fine the angle correspoinding

good and easy way but tell me why i have to look at the of the Tajima ? why i can't directly take the showed by the red pointer ? the range of measurement 130 degree - 0 - 130 degree
