How to offload traffic 3G to 3G on Huawei

Dear finetopix users,

i'm a newbie on 3G, and would like to know how to offload traffic from 3G to 3G, the device is Huawei.
Notes :
- network is using 3 carrier
- there are HSDPA and HSUPA
- there are GSM and DCS on 2G part
