Is there any further optimization on NSN infra-structure regarding FACH capacity? All I know is playing with *ThresholdCCH parameters family on WCEL_PS.
For example, in Huawei you can play with the TFCs utilized in the FACH channel, allowing more FACH-C or FACH-U capacity..
