There is no CME menu in my M2000 taskbar and I have seen somewhere that CME can be accessible within M2000 as well. Does anyone know how to do that? I have both M2000 and CME installed. No option regarding CME package or anything else was offered to select during M2000 installation.

thanks

Hello:
Based in my experience if you are using the traditional M2000 you should be able to have CME, if it isnt there is because it havent been installed, depending the version it can be an optional package.
If you have the CMe sw in a different location (folder in your pc) you can try to set it in the M2000 in the custom Menu.
SYSTEM
PREFERENCES
CUSTOM MENU
CUSTOM MENU SETTINGS
ADD MENU... (here find the path to your CME.exe and apply).

Tell me if it works.

doing so opens cme seperately, not within M2000. I wanted to have Plan Area, test area in M2000 so that i dont need to export bcp file everytime i need to export cell parameters. During M2000 installation process there should have been an option to install CME package as well but i didnt get that option.

Hi,

which version of M2000 / CME are you using?
I remember in R11 CME and M2000 were working separately, then at least from R13, CME is part of M2000 Client.
