Dear Experts
As far as i know for CBCH activation in 3G E*******, we need a feature and there is a RNC and cell level parameters for activation/configuration.
Apart from that, as mentioned in ALEX, we should have one external node, CBC, and we have to configure Iubc link in between CBC and RNCs. But in 2G E******* we don't need any CBC, it is integrated with BSS part.
Can anyone please confirm about this requirement of external Node part?
