1.- Check IP configuration Node 37, confirm there is not duplicate IP with Node 36.

2.- Configuration in this parameter is not the recommended value:

The Timer of X2 delete by SON (min) = 1 // need change to 0 or 10080


Recommended Value: The recommended value is 0 if the X2 automatic removal function is not required.
The recommended value is 10080 if the X2 automatic removal function is required.

If the problem continue:

3.- Provide the other parameters in the command LST GLOBALPROCSWITCH:;

4.- BLK SCTPLNK, perform SCTPLKN trace, UBL SCTPLNK and share the trace.

or else contact Huawei in order to collect main board logs according with Fault Management procedure.

Hello Ivan:

I've modified the The Timer of X2 delete by SON (min) = 10080 but nothing changes the SCTPLNK alarms are still active.
Which are the other paramenters ion the LST GLOBALPROCSWITCH? I dont see more than the ones already provided.
How to trace the SCTPLNK?

First check IP planning if there is not duplicate IP between eNodeB.

For SCTP Trace:

M2000 ->Trace & Maintenance ->Signaling Trace Management ->Transport Trace ->SCTP Trace

- Run this command
LST DIFPRI
- check DSCP for signaling, then perform a PING using the DSCP for signaling.

Thank you, but Ive already found that i can open it in the M2000.
By the way, as you can see the alarm is quite extrange, have you seen it in your network?, the SCTP link is faulty but the ping is possible, How can it be??
I have open a ticket to Huawei but still waiting for an answer.

How about S1 interface state?

possibly incorrect parameter configured..
