Can somebody share LTE technical description of TEMS INVESTIGATION And TEMS ANALYZER or any help file of these tools?

I am not 100% sure, but i dont think you can do L2 analysis with TEMS Investigation.

I think i can get the definition of some attributes of layer 2 thats why i requested.
But I wonder nobody has shared yet.
