TDD/FDD selection prioirty Issue smart phones

Hi Experts,

Our NW has restricted smartphones for TDD however from 3G cell reselection towards LTE, TDD has highest priority.
Now we are suspecting all Ues will be directed to TDD based on system information in 3G, while these Ues will be getting high "attach Failures"

How we can overcome this, any suggestion please.

What is the minimum RSRP settings you set to reselect to 4G from 3G?

its -114 but RSRP has nothing to do with my question.

Alright. If re-selection levels are too low then attach request may not even reach eNB. Anyway what is the cause of the rejection UE is receiving?

Use the following methodology

1) if possible remove the TDD redirection info for 3G where TDD routers are not present

2) If they are present everywhere , please configure in HSS for these routers to have different SPID
Depending on the equipment vendor you have you could choose that for which SPID UE , what should be the priority of the redirection freq
