Hi Experts,

I have one suggestion, it require your comment that its logical and can bring improvement.
Imagine a situation as what we are facing during big events high UL RSSI issue, high # of Eul Users,

we believe that there is no coverage issues and users have almost LOS with the RBS antennas inside stadium, what if we change

eulNonServHwRate (128kbps ---> 16 or 0Kbps),

almost all users are in SHO, inside stadium coverage overlap is very good and we cant restrict further.
We don't need Diversity gain due to SHO as we don't want Ue to transmit same info on more than one Radio link(EDCH). as all users are in SHO and are duplicating or triplicating same info on uplink. is it safe, will it help in reducing uplink noise.

Another note: Turning completely 2mstti will help or degrade situation further.

Hello Imran,

Sounds like the IBS needs some work. Do you have more than one WCDMA channel? If so allocating separate channels to the overlapping antenna footprints will improve the SHO. The radio link improvements might then compensate for the reduction in radio capacity. Whilst playing around with the parameters may gain you a little the poor radio environment is always going to limit you.
