Can anyone recommend a software which can convert antenna patterns between all the common formats?

If not, perhaps can you share desciptions/explanations of all the common formats?Description of the planet format attached as an example.
Do you know of a good software that can easily visualise these patterns to check that the conversion has been done correctly?
How about software for generating the lumped patterns for multiple antennas on one location at a certain frequency?
