Who can guide me about U_H_F & V_H_F planning tools & specially their Propagation Models? Please give me your notes.

I think in order of priority (usability):
Atoll (Model propagation propietary) www.forsk.com
ICS Telecom (model propagation configurable) www.atdi.com

For vhf and uhf planning you can use ATDI ICS Telecom with converted terrain map from SRTM3, using Global Mapper 10 and ATDI Plugin for Global Mapper (please search in the forum for this).

Use as propagation model ITU-R P.1546-2 for mobile / broadcast. If you need the recomandation document, please tell me.
