PRACH and RRC request

Hello,
We all know that Ue calculate the necessary power to send PRACH and if no acknowledgement on AICH it will increase the power and so on till it receives AICH, Now assume that the ue has been acknowledged by AICH so the next step is to send rrc request on rach and it will wait for t300 before sending another rach incase no rrc setup was received, my question does the ue increase the prach power again between each rrc request repeating the prach procedure or it will keep sending the rrc request power same as the one that was acknoweledged?

t300 is just only repetition no power increment will be performed. Just 1 point exactly after AICH received there is a parameter which gives offset(powerOffsetPpm) to last power value which resulted RACH detection to actually send RACH with slightly better possibility of decoding in RBS.
