Hello All,
One of our ZTE RNCs is experiencing degraded CSSR CS for the last few weeks, and the failure counter which is being pegged is “C310110348 Number of failed RAB assignment
setup in cell for CS domain, IUUP failed” i.e. failures are occurring on Iu-CS User Plane.
- Failures started occurring suddenly and are appearing on all cells
- During BH, the CS RAB establishment attempts number about 2000, out of which around 50 result in Iu-UP failures
- CSSR PS remains unaffected, and PS RAB Setup Failures IUUP = 0
- CSSR CS for other RNCs is fine
- Other IUUP failure counters (IUUP Fail RAB Release etc.) = 0
Can anyone please share their experiences or knowledge on how to troubleshoot this issue?
Is it because of some problem in the link between RNC & Core (nothing found so far), or could it be a parameter issue (since it is only affecting CS)?
