Actix 5 Help Needed !

Hello experts,
as far as i know the license for actix is discussed via private messages
but as 'm kinda new here i don't know much people who can afford me help.
please if any one can help me with a working actix license with bing maps
the version 'm using is (5.1.316.496) AnalyzerUpdate2015-02x86_2015-02-16_316.496

and my codes are :
0x14 | 0x6430F ( this for Ethernet address + hard disk)
0x10 | 0x45BDE ( this for Ethernet address)

Why no one helps i'm trying to run actix with bing map support for about 3 months no and no clue all i got is actix 2014 but no maps supported and i think it's not that hard to help someone guys i don't know much about actix as am a new telecom engineer and i appreciate any help
i see there is 100+ views with 0 replays please someone help me

Bingmap disabled when support expired. You need to get new lic.
