Hi Experts,
We just started to rollout UMTS 900 and strange behavior is noted, please help how it can be improved.
We found 80% Ues are not following priority based reselection, still using old reselection method. I mean its not following RATPRIO.
So if it dont follow then there is delay and 3G RSCP (by default) should be min -102 which is very strong. Ues will spend lot of time in 2G.
Does anyone experience this and what are possibilities here. We suspect some changes in system information "start position", time etc can be adjusted?
