Decode PCHR

Dears,
I need to basically real time detect subscribers which is call dropped. How i do it? Our system is Huawei. In my opinion PCHR, CHR data can give us this information. How can i implement this software? Any idea for decode PCHR, CHR data?

CHR and PCHR can be decoded by Aexio, NP master, OMSTAR, FMA etc tools.... Search for the forum fro more details...!!
