Do you have solution for MapInfo 12.5 Pro x32 bit
below error message:

Intialization Error: unable to load the CLR (-2146234304)

just (another) dotnet error

Try to run the dotnetfix utility.
If that doesn't cure the problem reinstall the needed dotnet CLR afterwards again.
(get rid of older/other versions)
