Why Probe not shows or logs the layer 3 messages?

Hi
We face an occasional problem with probe that it does not some time shows the L3 messages in LTE. Only paging paging paging....
This happens esp with P1 (Huawei handset) and some times with 392 LTE usb device.

Any idea for resolution pl?
