Hi guys!
Plz share your suggestion for a case where a situation faces bad planning. We have an LTE network to optimize where sites are located at 200 - 300 meter close distances. We have only option to use is Electrical Tilt. Since the antenna being share by other RATs, so cannot change azimuth/mech tilts/heights.

Have you faced such situations of too close sites with irregular heights, mostly 30m, and high as much as 60m, 40m (about 30-35% sites) contributing overshoots. For power change, we are not encouraged by the operator who asks a series of questions and length of time to approve.

Have you face such situation? What ass your strategy. What helped you the most if changes were allowed?

Hi

Electrical tilt may be the best available option.

You can implement eICIC if the load is high.

Hi jamebond,
You can use Electrical tilt or you can separate Antenna if your site has more space.
