what kind an audit can make in 2G or 3G network ? and how can make it (with ATOLL or unet ) ??

I think, firstly you need to have background about 2G & 3G networks architech ( GSM, WCDMA) after that you will start to read about network planning, optimizing...

then you will know which is your concern
