Why you need Depot? What you want to do?

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

I have bought some ebay specials (MTM 700) R733120. They were sent from Hong Kong. I want to program them to operate on a trunking system, but I don't have even a basic CPS that is compatible with that firmware. Im thinking that I will need to edit the MCC as well as ISSI? I don't think that this is possible with a basic CPS ? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi,

You don't need Dpot version to edit those basic settings ! Any 'basic' Legacy CPS from MR3.0 (CPS R70.80.01 FVN5051H as example) will work

OK, I have FVN5051E which I guess must be the problem. Now to find FVN5051H..

Thank you for your help everyone. I got the right cps version. It is very different to the versions supplied to dealers here on Australia. I got the units up and running easily. Thanks for the tips.

Hi everyone, thanks for the help with my programming issue. Once I got hold of FVN 5051H I was able to get my old MTM700 on air. I have tow of them, and I was waiting for a replacement display for the second one to arrive before I programmed it. So my display is now installed and working. But now I have the programming problem again. This radio has CPS 73.22.08 and CP 21.44 on the display, but I cannot read it with FVN5051h I just get the error about not being a supported codeplug. Can anyone advice what version of CPS this radio would require please?

Thank you!!
