In E******* HSDPA systems, if the MAC-hs scheduled throughput is less using the Rbs counters, what are the other KPIs/logs/traces that can be checked for troubleshooting the reasons for low throughput? for a single carrier with 64QAM enabled, what MAC-hs throughput can be considered as low throughput for further analysis? Is there any counter which shows the Instantaneous Peak throughput in a particular ROP, because all the other counters show only the Average throughput for the ROP.
