Duplicate serving cell in Driving test Tems ( ALU 2G BTS ) ?

Please help me solving this problem
I'm using 2G ALU BTS system with DCS1800 band ( only use 2G, no 3G)
When I went driving test using TEMS, I found that 01 cell of site having two serving signal ( same name, same BCCH and same BSIC ). The other cells ( sector 2 & 3 ) are OK, no problem, only sector 1 get double when MS connect to it
I checked Power control, it's same in 3 sectors.
Checked HO relation, no HO to itself
I changed Suma, AGC, TGT, delete and define all parameters again, still problem
I checked RF anttenna, it's ok
It's only appear when MS connect to sector 1. When MS connect to anothers, it's not happen
Please see the pic and give me your advice

Dear, Check your BA LIST whether you find the 827 frequency there

Yes, I checked HO relations from dump file bsc, there is 827 appear, but different BSIC, i deleted it a and test again, OK. thks a lot

It's OK, a mistake from NOC team ( added 827 to BA list ), tks a lot
